The Thursday Art Group (TAG) is a Bowen Island group of Creatives that have been meeting and creating for over 50 years. Join them at Collins Hall. Paintings, ceramics, prints, bronze sculpture... all will be available.The Bowen Island Fibre Arts Guild has 30 members of varied interests and backgrounds. There have been several group projects, such as the Houses and Homes quilt and the Piano Cozy. Other smaller projects, sharing information and ideas, Show and Tell, and great desserts are still part of the monthly meetings.

The Farm - We purchased our 7.5-acre property Meadowbrook Corner in 2004, with the intent of opening a farm-based cidery using heritage apple trees of British, French, and German cider varieties. Since then we have planted over 700 trees of 52 different varieties and are adding to our orchards each year. The working farm is home to our sheep, pigs, quail & ducks which graze in the open livestock fields, as well as an edible garden that is incorporated into the menu.
About the Cider -
All fermentation, blending, and bottling happens on-site by experienced cidermakers Isaac, Ben, and Alastair. Our team consists of family members and close friends with a long history on the island who assist with all aspects of the business and the farm.

ART HUB 12 - Riddell/Buchanan Residence - 1279 Buchanan Road, Bowen Island, BC
Art Hub # 12 is an eclectic group of artists hidden away on a 6 acre magical garden and forest. You will find paintings, wood carvings, and different styles of wood turnings. The entrance to 1279 Buchanan Road is up at the top of the hill and the last driveway on your left and is well marked with signs and directional arrows leading to the house and studio.
Well worth the journey up Buchanan Road, Art Hub # 12 will showcase paintings both inside the studio as well as outside in the greenhouse and wonderful garden. There is a walkway through the rock bluff that leads to the wood turning workshop area. All areas are access friendly.
NOTE: This is a long driveway…...KEEP TO THE RIGHT………DO NOT STOP/PARK …….until you have reached the house, unless you see designated parking spots. Parking for 7 or 8 cars at the house and on the lawn.Check out the artists works by clicking on their name below.
