My passion for painting grew after a watercolour class I took in 1991 and my work is deeply influenced by my affinity to nature, life experiences, and the beauty found in my surroundings. I capture the essence of rural landscapes, paint primarily with elemental earth tones, and am largely known for my sophisticated landscapes, sunsets, lakes, and florals. I have more recently been inspired by the complexity and beauty of abstracts.
